"There is nothing quite like this amazing experience. Completely alone in the desert in a beautifully designed, spacious tent. The setup is stylish and comfortable, and waking up to nothing but sand dunes in every direction is pretty hard to beat. Meals are driven out to you across the desert, with camels and goats wandering over to say hello, sunrise from the bed. At night, you can see a sky full of stars. It was truly magical"

"Shtiuie and Abu-Shamir are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfest was well served with eggs, pita breads, cheese, and vegatabales. The fireplace kept working and coffee and tea was served continousely. If we had any problems Shtiuie took care of them!"

The location is misleading. The place is actually inside the beduiwen village which is crowded by animals and noise. My friend wasnt able to sleep. as for me it was not a problem.

"Great set up, breakfast, it poured with rain one night and the tent was dry as a bone. Dog loved it. Didn’t use the swimming pool but looked good for families. Good showers and communal cooking facilities."

"Staff was amazing. Rachel went above and beyond any call of duty to have us met from a late bus, organised a park trip and had us dropped in morrogoro. Nesto made sure we were safe in the campground. Breakfast was great, more like brunch.Highly recommend the camping but for the bravehearted...loved sitting around the campfire in the early hours of the morning, listening to the sound of silence and occasionalanimal call, watching the moon sail across the sky from the net window of the tent... the sister hotel nearby has lovely rooms, at a very reasonable rate."

"Tropical paradise. The resort is accessible only by boat and up against a national park with lots of lemurs. We were there for five days, four nights in a beachfront bungalow with private facilities. Sun lounges under coconut palms. Local seafood at the restaurant. Hardly any other guests. Affordable for budget travelers."

"It’s not in the center BUT I got picked up with the motorbike and brought back to the center the next day. It’s directly to the caves so you can be the first in the cave the next morning after a night in the nature with a beautiful nightsky"

"Beautiful views from the tent, very peaceful. Loved the sunset and the sunrise. The tents are very spacious and have everything you need: towels, soap, fridge, kitchen that comes with all the bits and bobs to cook."

The food was also outstanding – fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. We honestly cannot understand some of the negative comments regarding the food, as our experience was excellent in every aspect. If you are looking for tranquility, stunning desert scenery, and warm hospitality, this is the perfect place. We would return anytime!"

"It’s was perfect for me. The full experience from booking process, finding the location, meeting with the people responsible for the place. Great kitchen and accommodations. Super confy. Very quite with an amazing view. You can see the stars reflections on the lake. Fish made by Vincent was mmmm. Delicious. What else, Oh!! Learning more about the lake and people living around was an amazing experience. The place was built with love and harmony with the nature around. If you need a place to recharge- I highly recommend this one."

"The location is a bit out of the city center, which you can expect for accommodation in yurts. It is a pleasant, peaceful, quiet location. The tent was really clean and nice. The lady who welcomed me was very kind, the breakfast was very tasty and the property itself is beautiful. During my stay, they were still doing some work, I believe, so it will be even nicer over time. But it was already top of the top!"

When I marked the location of the accommodation on Yandex, the driver had some problems finding the accommodation. The same thing happened to me when I left. The drivers and employees were so friendly that I just handed them the phone and they arranged everything themselves.
