Hot water ran out when we all showered at night.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. This was a good bed and breakfast stay for us, only thing I didn’t like was the price but that’s nothing to do with the property it’s just a netherlands standard thing which is around 200 per night

"The villa size and the owner was very kind to send us to train station when we left. We all love the villa of our 4 nights stay."

It will be better if it can have a washing machine in the villa. Although the self-service laundry is not far from the villa, we need to carry many clothes out and back.

"Gerçekten çok güzel bir ev. Ev sahibi de gayet ilgiliydi. Yataklar temiz ve rahattı. Mutfakta yeterince gereç vardı. Bahçesi çok güzeldi."

Çamaşır makinesi değişmeli diye düşünüyorum. Çalışıyor fakat biraz fazla gürültülü ve çok uzun süre de yukarı. Banyo için komple bi değişiklik olabilir. Özellikle kış ayları için daha ısınabilir hale getirilebilir. Fakat yine de her şey çok iyiydi.

"The location is great. We have very good privacy and there is a nice view to the lake. The reception lady was great and they answered to our requests very fast."

Weak wifi, not enough napkins, toilet paper. No soup liquid in the toilets. Other than that we were really satisfied.

"The owner is kind and helpful. When he heard I am landing in TLV at 3AM he did recommend how to reach his place, looked after trains to Beniamina, proposed that in case of absence of taxi from train station he can fetch me. Flexible on check-in and out times. My payment didn’t went by credit card, so I needed to pay cash. Owner said no problem, can wait until I am back from shopping mall."

The part I wasn’t much happy - it’s moskitos,and I think the owner will fix it (cables in the window living small glitch for insects) soon.

"Location was perfect, in between two resorts for lovely Spa treatments and excellent dining. Hanna was very helpful with our requests, even dropping off a cake tin so I could make a birthday cake. The complimentary treats were a lovely surprise. We will definitely return. Fa'afetai."

"Easy to find and get into. Nice outside area and comfortable bed. We didn't stay very long and got in late, but enjoyed our stay overall."

The ceiling fan didn't work well and it was really hot. The room was like a hotbox. It was a heat wave in the area so not entirely the property's fault but they could do with maintenance on the fan.

The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

"Schönes Haus . Gute Lage. Nicht weit zum Zentrum. Bus um die Ecke. Schlafzimmer und Bäder top. Im EG großes Wohn- und Esszimmer. Alles wie auf den Bildern."

Die Küche hat nur einen kleinen Unterbaukühlschrank. Das ist arg klein. Geschirr, Tassen und Gläser gab es reichlich, aber leider keine Töpfe. (nur eine kleine Pfanne) Da sollte unbedingt mal ein Topf Set angeschafft werden.

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

"Great location, just a few minutes’ walk down to Beau Vallon Beach. The host was very welcoming and even treated us to fresh fruits from her garden. We really enjoyed our stay."
