"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

There were no towels in the room, no heater, no power point to plug the electric blankets or the bedside lamp into, no spare blankets, poorly made beds. Shared bathroom was not cleaned regularly and was leaking water on the floor from the toilet.

The shower curtain was washed, but it showed signs of wear and tear and needs replacing. That's the only thing

"J’avais choisi El rancho au vu de sa proximité avec le centre ville de Grand bourg et aussi parce que le petit déjeuner était compris… Malheureusement ce n’était pas le cas . Dinner and breakfast were simple but perfectly adequate. The rooms are very spacious, though they could benefit from a few extra touches to make them feel cosier, as they felt a little empty. Overall, a pleasant stay with beautiful views and a peaceful setting."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

"Superb location, just off Main Street in centre of town. Comfortable, old fashioned hotel with beautiful reception rooms and pleasant atmosphere"

Limited choice at breakfast

"The location was great. The pool was a great surprise. A good size and very clean. The puddings in the restaurant, excellent."

Our air con unit was very noisy.

Distance between bed and the walls was tiny, you have to do some physical exercise to get in. Also, the toilet felt a bit fragile :)

"I stayed at Le Bellerive in Payret le Chateau on a recent motorcycle trip.Greeted by Alfred, I got a fabulous room overlooking the lake. I dined in the restaurant and had the recommended Coq au Vin with a soap starter and desert which were all absolutely delicious with lovely ambiance both inside and out. Easy parking for my bike too just under my bedroom window. I would recommend this hotel to all travelling in this location Peter Ireland"
