"Clean, beautiful, everything you need: dishes, cups, glasses, frying pans. There was a big salad bowl missing, so we made the salad in a saucepan. There are beach chairs, a beach fridge, beach towels. There were not enough beach boards. Nice pool, barbecue area."

The dryer doesn't work well. Doesn't dry at all. There wasn't enough greenery and flowers in the backyard.

The check-in process needs improvement! I did the online check-in on Friday for my stay starting on Monday (3 days later), but did not receive any kind of instructions on how to access/enter the property. Throughout Friday, Saturday and Sunday I called multiple times to the contact number listed on Booking.com and could not reach out to anyone. I also sent messages via the Booking.com app and never received a reply. This created a lot of unnecessary anxiety as we did not know if anyone would be available to check us in at the property on Monday. Finally, we sent an email to Outsite reservations (had to go to Outsite website to search this information) and finally received a text from the Zaimarie, the local point of contact who was very kind and provided the access code to the property. In conclusion, the property had a very good location, it was in excellent conditions and very clean, but the check-in process really needs to be fixed as guests should not have to experience the uneasiness we did.

"The apartment building is excellent, with direct beach access and a beautiful pool. It’s safe and clean. The apartment is large and has a gorgeous city view. There is a comfortable couch and many beds. Washer and dryer on site was great to have. AC works well."

For a large apartment, the bathroom and shower are tiny. There aren’t enough lights. The decor was not great. The towels were few and small/thin. The kitchen is hard to cook in because it’s so small and gets very hot. Finally, even so high up, there is a lot of street noise throughout the night.

"Great location in Old San Juan. Was comfortable enough for our stay. Room was clean and well had everything we needed. Wifi was great. Everything was within walking distance."

This is party central every night. Loud music and people partying til 2 am. We managed to drown some of it out with the TV. Very low water pressure but we did have hot water for a shower. Very tiny but we managed fine.
