Eloi Mougenot, who has a degree from Gérardmer’s Inn Management School, does the creative cooking for his regular clientèle while Brigitte Mougenot provides a pleasant service. Property is truly well standing, adjacent to the city center and ideally standing for workers needing an easy access to Capellen.
