"Švaru, tvarkinga,netoli centro"

"Palikau butą tvarkingą ir negavau iš šeiimininkų atsiliepimo apie buto stovį. Jei po manęs įsikels kiti gyventojai ir apgadins ką nors kaip bus įvertintas buto stovis? Kadangi sumokėtas užstatas ar nebus pripaišytas man buto apgadinimas. Kitas dalykas kodėl užstatas grąžinamas tik per 14 dienų. Kodėl ne iš karto po išsikraustymo įvertinus buto stovį, po nuomos"
