Owner Jim was very friendly and helpful by sorting us out with everything including taxi’s and breakfast in his bar across the road from the apartment."

"We had a fantastic stay in Carrick-on-Shannon! The accommodation was perfect – overlooking the beautiful River Shannon, with plenty of space for a group. The living area and kitchen were a great size, and the three big bedrooms could comfortably sleep up to 10 people. One room had its own en-suite, and there was also a separate shower room and toilet, which made things so convenient for a group. The house was full of mirrors, which was ideal for a group of girls getting ready, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk into the town centre – perfect location! Jim was a brilliant host – friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations. He was also very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated. As a lovely final touch, he even lent us his phone charger cable for our drive home when we realised we’d lost ours. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Carrick-on-Shannon, and we’d definitely stay again!"

"Lovely area, close to a river walk and around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Buncrana. Lidl and Aldi are a 2-minute drive away. The apartment had everything we needed. Very cosy and clean. The host had kindly left us wheaten bread and some milk. A lovely lady ❤️"

The location was amazing watching the cruise ships going by from the window was an absolute favourite...walking distance to the beach...we enjoyed our time staying in Findale and will definitely be back..."
