"The rooms were large and clean, the location was very convenient. There was a gas station nearby, so you could buy things at any time. The restaurant downstairs had very tasty meals. Don't forget to try the pizzas! The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though it was close to the highway, you couldn't hear any car noises."

"Very close Old town of Vilnius. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. Answered always on time and supported with everything I needed. Room was clean. No problems check in and come in all 24 hours. I really recommend this room and owner and I will definitely come back. No problems buy breakfast in hotel downstairs. Price perfect."

The location is a bit isolated. Would be nice if there was as strip mall or something in the area to go buy stuff.

"Location was spot on, right in the city centre and close to the bus station. The beach is 5 minutes away. Lovely lady at the front desk. She upgraded me to a sea view room, without me even asking."

The hotel is a bit dated, but you've got what you pay for.

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. The size of the room was a little cramped.

"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."

Many pigeon droppings outside, even arround the pool. Very loud ventilator in the bathroom. Bad smell outside at night.

Massive shoutout to Raj (host) after my Google Maps download had failed (I didn't check), I then discovered Telstra has no coverage on Cook Islands (so no mobile data) and the hire car had some Asian countries maps, I was lost - after 10pm Raj came to rescue me from a servo and was a great host throughout. I had work meetings early each morning so didn't try the breakfast, but all looked good. The pool is amazing! Location was fine for me (close to everything) but as people can see, this one isn't on the beach."

"Another comfortable stay at the Gold. Great room overlooking the town and tower. Perfect location and the restaurant food is lovely and reasonably priced. If you want to eat out, Rynek42 and Nomo in town are great places, and the Kebab Inn just a few hundred metres up the road is a great takeaway."

"J’avais choisi El rancho au vu de sa proximité avec le centre ville de Grand bourg et aussi parce que le petit déjeuner était compris… Malheureusement ce n’était pas le cas . Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

El desayuno es muy tarde. Entiendo que debería ser más temprano. Ya que a las 9 es muy tarde y no hay nada cerca para desayunar.

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

Taxi costs are high in Cayman so best to rent a car if in this location.
