"The showerhead riser bar was broken so you had to hold the shower head! No coffee making machine, no biscuits, no hot chocolate or rainfall shower as stated! Milk not replenished! Bed very small and uncomfortable! Unable to operate heating as needed, so we were either cold or too hot! The outside PIR light in the courtyard garden constantly going off throughout the night!"

"The location is great and really helped to have parking pre arranged. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good although to enhance the experience it would have been nice to offer pastries. The staff we came accross were friendly and helpful."

"We stayed in The Bars room The pillows were not particularly comfortable, lumpy or flat. The panel behind the bed was grubby. The bed linen was well worn (grey looking) and didnt smell very fresh To enhance the experience it would have been nice to have a few small packets of biscuits to have with our coffee when we arrived after a long drive The towels were very small"
