"Our room was tiny. There was a construction on site that completely obscured the view from the windows and the workers walked past them on a scaffolding. This could be mentioned at the time of booking."

"Good location, close to tube & in a nice area. Room was compact but well equipped with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable & there was plenty of hot water. Only downside was that the room was a little too warm - not a big issue."

"Exceptionally clean, reception friendly, easy check-in. Room was compact but not small, good quality fittings and fixtures. Clean white towels, good bedding. Fridge in room is great . Very quiet area . Location great , safe area walkable to where we were heading. Good bars and restaurants nearby. Property not quite complete in communal areas but decor is very lovely, will be superb once complete"

"Lift not working and we were on the third floor. Not normally a massive issue but I was suffering from sciatica. But could cause problems from people with large suitcases. Beware it’s Nox Hotel, but outside it’s Brompton Mansions. Could always do with a few more milks!!!"

"The room was a good size with a kitchenette area, stocked with everything you would need. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was compact but well appointed, with a grab rail fitted in the shower; there were also hooks on the wall and a shelf for spongebag, etc. The hotel was in a great location - close to tube station and restaurants, etc. Very reasonably priced."

"The hotel has only just opened and is still undergoing renovation, so hopefully, they will include signs pointing the way back to reception/fire escapes by the time they finish. A non-slip mat in the shower would have been useful."

"- Excellent location right next to 2 underground stations for easy transport and a short trip into the city center. - Room was also exceptionally clean and tidy. Quite small and compact, but true to the pictures so as expected. - Small kitchenette in a cupboard near the bathroom, also very compact, but had pretty much everything you'd need for basic kitchen use for two people"

"Only suggestion I'd make is to maybe stick a label on the dish soap dispenser so it's more clear what it is and also include a dish towel as we did not find one for drying the dishes we used."

"If you’re driving make sure you find a solution upfront to park your car, mostly all parking spaces nearby are for residents only."

"the shower is so small, equiped with a hand rail so makes it even smaller. kept bumping in everything. I wish I could have plug my memo stick in the TV to watch my movies."
