"Dommage que l'annonce ne précise pas que l'hôtel n'a plus de restaurant donc ne sert plus de petits déjeuners. Toutefois, à une centaine de mètres une boulangerie vous accueille pour votre petit déjeuner. Donc cela compense Peu de choix de restaurants ouverts en cette saison à Galeria. Prendre ses précautions"

"The breakfast was a traditional french one, with bread, jam, cheese and cold meat, along with fruit juice and a hot drink of your choice. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining hall along with other guests and it was good to chat with them. The chateau was amazing, very old and very interesting. We were able to view some of the rooms. The location was perfect for visiting Toulouse and the surrounding area. We were able to easily walk to Balma-Gramont metro station, and it was easy to buy tickets. You are able to buy multiple journey tickets which two people can use, and easily re-charge if you need more journeys. Staff at the metro were happy to help and advise the best option for your visit. The car parking at the chateau was secure and gated, and there is no need to use a vehicle if visiting the city. Madam and her staff were charming, not forgetting the friendly dog."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, with great communication throughout our stay. We arrived early and our room was already clean, so we were able to check in early, which was very convenient. The location was excellent — extremely convenient and close to public transport, which made getting around Paris easy and time-saving. The hotel is right near the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, and just outside the hotel there are many restaurants and shops, including a bar that is open 24/7. Very clean rooms and hotel. All necessities were provided, including a shower, hairdryer, and iron. The room was very clean and well maintained, and it was also cleaned on the second day when we returned, even though we hadn’t requested housekeeping, which was a nice touch. Overall, the cleanliness was excellent and the room smelled very fresh."
