"L’emplacement sur la place de Longwy Le charme de l’appartement"

"Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas pas de rideau occultant pour moi qui ai besoin du noir complet pour dormir. J’ai malheureusement été réveillé très tôt par le soleil et on ne va pas se plaindre d’avoir du soleil."

"Schönes altes Haus mit einem verwunschenen Garten in sehr guter Lage. Zu Fuss ist man in 3 Minuten im historischen Zentrum von Grasse. Tolle Aufteilung mit einem großen Wohn/Essbereich und einer offenen Küche im Erdgeschoss und den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, aber dafür jede Menge Ventilatoren. So kann man immer, wenn man das möchte, ein kühlendes Lüftchen wehen lassen. Wir haben trotz Temperaturen über 30 Grad sehr angenehme Nächste gehabt. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten ausgezeichnet, das Bad im Erdgeschoss und die Küche sind ganz neu, in der Küche kann man sehr gut auch für die Familie kochen. Im Garten gibt es viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass man je nach Wunsch in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen kann. Rafaël war ein sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber."

"Very nicely and stylish furnished house with everything you need on holiday. Nice terrace with jumping net that kids loved. Nearest beach was 3 minutes by walk. 3 restaurants was also in walking distance."

"Franchement un logement au top du top, propre, fonctionnel, ne manque rien du tout, tout les détails recherché y étaient, la literie parfaite, le logement est bien chauffé, pas de vieillerie, super bien équipé, de la vaisselle de qualité et belle (tout ce qu’il faut verre à vins, coupe à champagne…), étendoir à linge, range chaussures, …pleins de détail pratique et super fonctionnel Je ne pensais pas trouver un appartement ainsi un jour, bravo aux propriétaires j’admire (ayant moi même un gîte à côté d’Etretat et étant hyper maniaque, ayant besoin de confort). L’emplacement plus que parfait pour nous. Le balcon, la vue…. Merci pour l’accueil et les présents qui font plaisir. Nous reviendrons c’est certains même en période de printemps, été ou automne. Nous attendons impatiemment l’ouverture des autres dates du planning futur et voir les tarifs. Nous sommes venus à 3 adultes c’était parfait. Sylvie et Eric PORET"
