"The location and facilities are fantastic. Views amazing. Pool sublime. Villa has all the facilities you need for a great family stay. Just 20 minutes to Nice airport and/or town centre. Safe ann secure."
"Unfortunately, the Aircon in one of the rooms didn't work making it 26 C plus overnight. We told the contact we had for the villa, but there is no maintenance person on call for these issues, or to drop of a temporary fan. Unless the owner changes their policies, bring your own towels, as they only furnish one for a 4-night stay, which you have to use for all your showers, sunloungers, pool and hottub. Seems a bit lean for the price. The smaller of the 3 bedrooms has an ensuite, but not its own toilet and needs to use the general one in the living room area. Should probably be better pointed out in the description."
"Superbe séjour au cœur d’un parc magnifique, véritable havre de paix sur la colline de Gairaut tout en étant proche du centre de Nice en quelques minutes de voiture. L’appartement est particulièrement bien agencé, baigné de soleil avec une décoration contemporaine soignée. Nous avons aimé la terrasse avec sa vue sur la mer. Elle est parfaite pour la détente surtout avec le jacuzzi… nous avons bien aimé le faite d’avoir de nombreuses activités dans le parc (golf, piscine, fitness, pétanque…) et des restaurants à moins de 100 mètres pour un bon diner !! Oui je recommande sans hésitation et pense déjà à revenir."

"L appartement a répondu à toutes nos attentes et bien au delà de ce que nous espérions au vu des photos : Lumineux et très confortable, propre avec une terrasse tres agréable par sa taille ,son aménagement floral…et un jacuzzi particulièrement appréciable à cette époque de l’année !!. La vue est exceptionnelle de jour comme de nuit : superbe vue mer pour la journée et belle vue avec les lumières de Nice le soir. Nous avons reçu un accueil réactif à toutes nos demandes, la residence est tres chic et securisee. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir profiter des nombreuses activités à notre disposition : un très grand parc avec des allées de running, tennis, practice de golf et pour l'éte une piscine tres vaste avec couloir de nage. Nous recommandons ce lieu chic et exclusif et souhaitons vivement pouvoir revenir bientôt."
