"Position, close to Metro, and close to my business. Privacy, through private entrance in garden. Easy non contact check in. The studio is well equipped with everything. Comfortable bed."

"A great location, just two minutes from the beach. There was also a supermarket 4 minutes walk from the apartment. Moreover, we really liked the bakery across the street. It took only 10 minutes to walk to the city centre, where we could enjoy the atmosphere of Nice. The main reason why we chose this apartment is the amazing view from the balcony! The host was very friendly, she waited for us to hand over the keys and explained everything. There were all the possible utensils in the kitchen, it was also nice to have beach mattresses and umbrellas!"

"Superb property. The photos do not do it justice. Its a truly fabulous house and very comfortable. The hosts could not have been better - utterly invisible unless needed."
