"Atrašanās vieta viegli sasniedzamā attālumā no/uz jūru. Ēšanas, iepirkšanās iespējas ikdienai tuvumā. Rezervēta auto stāvvieta, kas ir ļoti būtiski tik autopārpildītā pilsētā. Virtuvē viss nepieciešamais vieglu maltīšu pagatavošanai."
