"The staff was very nice. We could store our bikes in a safe place. The location is fantastic. The rooms are lovely, great shower and comfy bed. Good breakfast. Coffee and tea were available at all times."

The only thing which maybe annoying is the people on motorbikes who visit the restaurant as their motorbikes can be noisy

"One of the cleanest and comfiest hotel I've ever been to. Impressive facilities, high quality finish of furnishings, opulent Spa with breath taking selection of treatments. Food was delicious and drinks prepared to an extremely high standard. Highly professional staff. Breakfast buffet was enormous and could please everyone from vegan to carnivores! Presentation out of this world and superb tranquil music."

Lack of sockets around mirrors to style your hair in the room.

"The Spa Hotel is a very cozy hotel. I booked a room including breakfast and diner. The diner was a buffet, not a lot of choice but everything on the buffet was very tasty. I really had a good diner. The breakfast was a buffet as well. Really good, a lot of fresh products and great coffee. Wifi was steady and the room clean. I was passing on my way to Ukraine and for a good price I could park my car for a week at the hotel's parking. By taxi I let myself drop-off at the border and continued my way into Ukraine. A week later my car was in place, save and I went back home. Great service of the hotel."

Would appreciate a bit bigger bathroom, otherwise sufficient for a short stay. Were not fans of the red room decoration, but it is a detail indeed.

"The property itself is interesting, in an interesting setting (old park with historical outbuilding and nice old tree specimens). We stayed in the Folwark and found the underground passage very useful. The food, both in the restaurant and the breakfast room was very good. Staff knowledgable and helpful."

The room (standard one) could have been more comfortable (a beam just by the bed). The shower could have done with a refresh of silicone. We didn’t have hot water - it was lukewarm in the evening and then cold in the morning. We stayed just one night and used the spa facilities so we didn’t mind as much but for a longer stay I would definitely enquire about it. For PLN 300+ I would expect slightly better standard

"Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Bardzo sympatyczna ,miła osoba . Dostępność pod telefonem, do dyspozycji gości wrazie jakikolwiek pytań. Właściciele mają też blisko karczmę i jako goście mieliśmy rabat . Smacznie ,domowo i treściwie. Położenie blisko dworca PKP ,więc łatwo można dojść. Jakbym miała wracać do Zakopanego to koniecznie do tych ludzi i do tego miejsca . Dziękujemy za gościnę i dobry czas ."
