Better information about breakfast availability. Any consideration for early arrivals. The metal ring I the bottom of the wash hand basin in room was dull. When rubbed with a cloth dirt came off and metal was brighter. Metal ring was dirty and needs to be cleaned each time the sink is cleaned.

"Does what it says on the tin - this place is great value and very livable. Staff super friendly and the room was clean. Good locations, easy to walk into town and everything you want to get to. Free water dispenser provided and always someone on reception."

The beds aren't the most comfortable, same with the pillows. We booked two rooms and one of them was definitely better. One of the lights didn't work in the bathroom and there was no hot water. Also, I put the do not disturb sign on our room and the maids came in every day...
