"Gmundnerberghaus is a hidden gem. The cottage is incredibly tidy, cozy, and well-maintained. The views of the green hills surrounding the property are absolutely stunning and provide a perfect backdrop for relaxation. A major plus: the actual location and atmosphere are even better than the pictures suggest! The photos on the website are modest compared to the wonderful reality. "This accommodation is absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful and very clean. Even though there is no air conditioning, it stays surprisingly cool. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are also dogs, cats, and chickens on the property, which we really enjoyed. They are super sweet. The property manager, Jésus, is such a kind person. He is always available and happy to help if you need anything. I would definitely recommend this place."

The only downside is that it can get quite noisy. Every morning around six, the school bus drives through the main street honking loudly. There are also a lot of trucks passing by, which can be pretty noisy. On top of that, the rooster loves standing right next to the bedroom window to wake you up. Since there is a school next door, you will also hear music and kids early in the morning.

La ville d'Imouzzer Kanddar est très agréable avec un grand parc et un très bon marché. Le logement est confortable avec grande cuisine, grand salon, deux salles de bain et de belles chambres. Un garage est également disponible pour garer la voiture très pratique. Vous avez le wifi et une machine à laver(séchage compris) qui est pour ma part un vrai plus en voyage. Khalid le gardien est également à votre écoute si vous avez besoin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet endroit calme et reposant face à la forêt. Je recommande"

"Excellent location, just a short walk from Lonnoc Beach and a 15 minute walk from the famous Champagne Beach; 20 minute ride to Port Olry. There is a small village (Hog Harbour Village) nearby, about a 20 minute walk, where you can buy local bread and fruit. Accommodation is very basic but serves its purpose. Mosquito coils and nets are provided. The local who looked after us, Melody, was very welcoming and kind, and made us delicious breakfasts and dinners. There were no kayaks available but they can be rented from the neighbouring Lonnoc Beach Bungalows."

Drainage in the shower is poor and the floor quickly becomes wet and muddy. Facilities are very worn out. The room has no shelving to put your belongings; this would be a great improvement. If you are on a budget, keep in mind that pretty much the only food options in the area are the restaurants at the lodge or at neighbouring accommodations, where a meal costs 1500-2000 vatu per person. The food is delicious though and there are local dishes - the paw paw curry was phenomenal.

"The Perfect escape from the world’s madness, a rewarding experience back to the simple life. Rory and I came across this listing one evening while planning a birthday trip to Spain, it turned out to be the most incredible celebration delivering way above what we’d expected. From the rolling Andalusian hills to the perfectly equipped family home that greeted us, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Some of the highlights were the last 10 minutes off road in the SUV we’d picked up at the airport to reach the farmhouse, the humongous fireplace we cooked on must nights, the short walk up to the swimming pool area which felt like being in a completely different property, the silence and light. Ángeles is a wonderful host who made sure we had everything we might need including a bottle of her brother’s delightful home made wine. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, you just must book it!"

"When we received the keys, we were given all the necessary information about our stay. The owner was very kind and even offered us an apartment with a better view. I really appreciate that what I saw in the photos was actually even nicer in reality. The chalet looks exactly like in the pictures (including the equipment) and so does the surrounding area. The location is absolutely perfect for hiking trips – if you want to visit the Logar Valley or Velika Planina, it’s about a 90-minute drive by car. I also appreciated the convenient parking right next to the chalet."

"The view was really good with the little terrace in front of the room, I like to have a view. AC was powerful. It was also very very quiet. No noise except the roosters."

Others need to be mindful it's down a steep hill from the main street then up a steep unlit track - bring a flashlight not just phone light. Tricycles pick up at the bottom of the hill.
