"Nice staff, willingness to serve to customer, delicious food, rich breakfast, good coffee, perfect sauna, cleaness of all facilities."
When boss or manager comes in to restaurant without greeting customers and starts to discuss working problems with the staff infront of customers. He should come 30minutes before opening time and let the discussion go without customers.

"Ein außergewöhnliches und unvergessliches Karibikerlebnis! Absolut zu empfehlen! Der Gastgeber Franck ist sehr nett und er erklärt auch wunderbar die Handhabung des Dingis, so dass man auch jederzeit an Land gehen kann. Möchte man aber bei so einem paradiesischen Hausboot gar nicht :-). Mehr Karibik geht nicht!"

"Helpful and friendly staff. Good place to chill, sauna was good. It was windy days, so some noise was, but atmosphere was better :) Here also you can take a boat ride on the lake"

"It was amazing in all aspects! I travel very often and staying at this place was one of the best experiences. The staff were extremely helpful,professional, and nice. Not only the location was amazing and just 10 minutes walk to metro and old town, but also the whole environment was very cute. They had a common kitchen that you can use to make your food and have it with an amazing view in addition to a common TV room that you can watch movies in a very cosy environment. Also a cute cafeteria that serves breakfast and coffee as well."
