"La ubicación es excelente. Tiene cercanía con una zona muy bonita y concurrida como lo es Güemes, y también con la costa. Además de poder llegar caminando a los principales atractivos. La opción de cochera en el edificio, por un precio extra, me pareció buena porque el vehículo queda en un lugar seguro."

"Muy buen departamento, en excelente ubicación! Todas las comodidades para una escapada, equipado totalmente en equipo de cocina. El lugar es amplio, limpio y funcional. Cuenta con cochera y acceso por ascensor. El anfitrión muy atento."
"El único detalle es el manejo del calefón debido a los fuertes vientos y estar en un 6° piso, es cuestión de paciencia ponerlo en funcionamiento. El agua sale caliente y con buena presión igualmente."

"Очень хорошие апартаменты, отличный отзывчивый хозяин. Идеально расположена (близко к пляжам и большой торговой улице, но по ночам было тихо). В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания, включая множество одеял, новые полотенца, кухонные принадлежности и средства для уборки. Очень удобный матрас в спальне. Есть балкон с потрясающим видом на город. Ремонт немного уставший, но все чистое, аккуратное и работающее. Видно, что хозяин старается сделать проживание максимально комфортным, и это очень подкупает. Нам понравилось."
