"Everything was excellent. The apartment has a perfect location right in the very center of the city, with all the main attractions within walking distance. There is also a 24-hour supermarket just across the street. The host is very welcoming and friendly, and whenever possible, he is happy to accommodate requests regarding check-in and check-out times. He is also always available if you have any questions about your stay or need recommendations on where to go and what to see. We also went on a trip with Artur to a ski resort and Lake Sevan. I highly recommend going with him, as he has a very comfortable car, and the trip ended up being about 2.5 times cheaper than similar tours offered by guides for the same destination. Overall, we absolutely loved everything and will definitely come back to stay at Artur’s apartments again."

"The staff and owner were amazing. Super helpful. Grandpa makes great coffee in the morning. The room is nice and quiet, the curtains make it dark enough for sleeping. You can drink the water in the room. There's air-conditioning. You have your own outside seating area. The owner also provides tours. You can chose the option with breakfast too, it looked very nice. There's a very cute dog."

"Провели выходной в этом уютном домике - и это было просто прекрасно! Атмосфера уединения и спокойствия, вокруг - горы, чистейший воздух и тишина. Дом стильный, продуманный до мелочей: чистый, комфортный и с потрясающим видом с балкона. Есть зона отдыха с костром и летняя веранда с барбекю. Отдельное удовольствие - купель под открытым небом. Очень рекомендую каждому поваляться в тёплой воде с видом на долину. Хозяева очень внимательные и дружелюбные, всё организовано идеально: от заселения до мелочей вроде дров и освещения во дворе. Отличное место, чтобы перезагрузиться, отдохнуть душой и насладиться природой."
