Это было поистине незабываемое пребывание, и во многом благодаря сотрудникам ресепшена - без сомнения, лучшим в своём деле. Меня поразило, насколько они готовы помочь в любое время суток. Несколько раз я обращалась к ним и днём, и поздней ночью, и каждый раз встречала искреннюю улыбку и искреннее желание решить любой вопрос быстро и качественно. Их отношение буквально как к родному человеку. Чувствовалось, что им по‑настоящему важно, чтобы моё пребывание в отеле было максимально комфортным. Отель покорил меня не только уютом и удобствами номеров, но и той душевной атмосферой, которую создают его сотрудники. Благодаря им хочется вернуться сюда снова и снова. "Very smooth arrival. Key was ready instantly the time of arrival. He was very helpful and tried to be available in case we need his help all the time. Very quite neighborhood. It's ike a local places and as a same time so many grocery shops around within 5 mins walk. It's a cozy place to stay for 2. Just connect the beds together and it won't be a problem. He even waited for us to make sure we are getting our taxi once we were leaving. Very caring person. I would definitely go back again if I would ever come back to Armenia."
