"I had an exceptional experience staying at the Griboyedov Street Flat in Yerevan! The apartment was spotless and clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing great local recommendations. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. Overall, this flat exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan. I will definitely book again on my next trip!"

"Ну начнем с того, что очень удобное расположение квартиры. В двух шагах торговый центр, рынок рядом, магазины, аптеки…В самой квартире : Хорошая мебель, качественная техника , наличие кондиционера +100% в Ереване😂. Хорошие соседи, было очень тихо ночью. Все удобства в квартире имеются, даже расческа была👍Большое выбор полотенец, очень красивое белоснежное постельное белье. Очень отзывчивая и добрая, милая и общительная хозяйка Кристина) Никаких проблем не возникло… Особая благодарность за то, что вошли в ситуацию: у нас переносили рейс на непонятное количество часов, Кристина без каких то либо вопросов разрешила остаться еще на пару дней) СПАСИБО ВАМ ОГРОМНОЕ❤️❤️❤️"

"We stayed in this two-bedroom apartment and absolutely loved it! It’s incredibly spacious, bright, and has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The open balconies were a real highlight — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening with city views. The location couldn’t be better — right in the city center, with shops, cafes, and attractions just steps away. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The apartment is exactly as described, if not better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in the very heart of the city!"

"Очень душевный персонал гостиницы, готовы встретить и объяснить как лучше добраться к местным достопримечательностям. Гостиница имеет огромную зеленую лужайку с чудесным видом на горы. Понравилась отлично оборудованная кухня на 1ом этаже и наличие небольшой металлической печки. Печка очень помогает согреться в ноябре. Хозяин гостиницы посетил множество стран и собрал внушительную коллекцию бейсболок. Один из гостей гостиницы даже выслал бейсболку из Ирландии ) Туристам стоит иметь ввиду, что дорога к гостинице начинается от здания школы. Также не рассчитывайте на плотный завтрак. Вам предложат лаваш, сваренные вкрутую яйца, сыр с маслом, чай с вареньем и медом."

"It was a really spacious and nice room. They’ve automated the check-in and check-out process, so if we had any inquiries, there was no one to reach out to, that was the only thing we missed. The location is also a bit far from the main areas. Overall, it was a nicely furnished studio, and everything we needed was already there. If you’re staying longer, the service afterward might be a bit limited, especially for basics like coffee powder or tissues."

Дом новый построен во дворе старой застройки - буквально квартал от Оперы и других центральных мест. Внизу в соседнем здании большой супермаркет."
